The following Input-Output Delivery Format will give our clients a better idea of how to send and receive their crucial data based information: Input format You can send us your important data in a variety of formats including: Word processing files, Spreadsheets, Graphics, Print Documents, and Legacy Files. We can manage all industry standard formats. If you are looking to outsource any data entry services such as: Manual data entry, Online data entry, Offline data entry, Image entry, Book entry, Hand written entry, Card entry and Legal document entry, then you can send us your files via the FTP, e-mail, ZIP file, RTF file, TIFF file, PDF file, or as CSV file. Also if you prefer, you may send hard copies. Where the data is particulary sensititve, a member of the data entry team will personally collect the data from the client. We will convert the source data into a digital format or any other format that the client wants. For clients who have ongoing data management needs involving proprietary formats, we will assign the appropriate number and level of staff to meet your requirements. Output format When it comes to data format, we are quite flexible.
