These two files are electronically compared for discrepancies through software. When it shows any character mismatch between the two files, the data entry operators must return to the errors and correct any mistakes. This type of comparison is done by two data entry operators to generate the output files, namely, C & D.
The two files (C & D) are again electronically compared to generate the file, namely, E.
The file (E) is audited to ensure whether the required accuracy level is achieved.
After confirmation of this, the data file generated is dispatched through the client's preferred output format. through this methodology we can gain the optimum quality level from our staff.
